Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty/skincare items (patches, tape, rollers that have contacted skin) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
How to Start a Return: Email LiftLuxe@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions once approved.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
